For work related to the Community Hall Slope Project, a closure of the west bound lane of SW Jefferson Way between SW 15th Street and SW Benton Place is scheduled to start on Monday, August 8, 2022 through Friday, August 12, 2022. The west bound lane will be closed daily during working hours from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. A detour will be in place around the closure area to SW Washington Way and down SW Benton Place (view map). As part of the Cascade Hall exterior stair replacement project, crane work to remove exterior stairs on the south side of Cascade Hall will occur from Monday, July 11, 20022 through Tuesday, July 12, 2022. Parking in this area will be closed while work takes place. The exterior stairs to the second floor of the building will be closed until Monday, August 1, 2022.

As part of the basement improvements for Library Archives project at the Research Way Building renovation project, access to the basement storage area will be restricted for patching of spray foam insulation and fire coating at the ceiling. Work will start on Friday, July 8, 2022 through Tuesday, July 19, 2022. Cleanup of masking will occur on Monday July 18, 2022.
