Parking lot #3250 and the loading dock area of the Pharmacy Building will be closed for a roof crane pick for work related to the Pharmacy Building 305 Classroom. The closure is scheduled for Friday, July 24, 2020 from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.

As part of the summer 2020 parking lot paving schedule, parking lot closures for asphalt renewal are planned for the following parking lots: #3278 (Sports Complex East), #3205 (Adams Northeast) and #3313 (Bates North). The lots will be fully or partially closed for construction and planned closure durations are subject to change as construction proceeds.

Work for lot #3313 (Bates North) started on Thursday, July 23 and continues through Monday, Aug. 24, 2020. Work for lot #3205 (Adams Northeast) started on Friday, Aug. 7, 2020 and continues through Tuesday, Sept. 1. Work for lot #3278 (Sports Complex East) started on Friday, Aug. 7 and is extended through Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2020.

As part of the Merryfield Hall Renovation Project, a planned power shutdown is scheduled for Merryfield and Kearney halls so the power can be upgraded to Merryfield Hall. A new transformer will feed both Merryfield and Kearney halls. A generator is being provided to feed the IT room in Kearney Hall and one lab in Merryfield Hall. The power shutdown is scheduled to occur from 8 a.m. on Monday, July 20 to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21, 2020.

Three parking lots, including lots #3271 (Cascade South), #3363 (Magruder South) and #3280 (May Way/ along SW May Ave), will be closed for crack seal, slurry and painting work from Thursday, July 16 to Tuesday, July 21, 2020. Work for lot #3271 will include crack seal only. Lot #3363 work includes crack seal, slurry and striping on the paved portion only, and lot #3280 work includes crack seal, slurry and striping.

A planned power service interruption will occur on Thursday, July 16, beginning at 5 a.m. and last through Saturday, July 18, at 12 p.m. The work to be performed by Pacific Power includes replacing switches and cables that feed certain buildings along Southwest Jefferson Way and Southwest Campus Way. For staff using remote desktop, IT is working to ensure limited interruptions to work.

The following buildings will be without power for the duration of the outage (Thursday, July 16, beginning at 5 a.m. and last through Saturday, July 18, at 7 a.m.):
