Due to construction on the Field Sports Building project, the majority of parking spaces within the Softball Complex lot (3286 Sports Complex West Lot) will be closed starting Tuesday, June 16 through Thursday, August 27. The parking lot will not be fully closed and parking spaces around the south and west perimeter of the lot will remain open.

Construction will begin this month on a new residence hall, which will be located on Western Blvd. between The LaSells Stewart Center and the International Living-Learning Center. This project will require permanent closure of the parking lots located behind The LaSells Stewart Center, CH2M Hill Alumni Center and Bloss Hall (B2 lots).
SW Stadium Ave. roadway and sidewalks will be closed between Western Blvd. and Bloss Hall for the duration of this project. The road will reopen for game days and other planned campus events to allow access to the parking garage from Western Blvd.
On Friday, March 27, 2026 from 7:00 am – 1:00 pm, the parking lot (#3330) at Wiegand Hall (view map) will be closed to accommodate the crane for removal and reinstallation of new HVAC equipment onto the roof.

As part of renovation work happening at Dixon Recreation Center, the alleyway, parking spaces and sidewalks will be closed between Dixon and Goss Stadium on Monday, January 19. A crane will be working on the east side of Dixon. The lawn area behind Langton Hall will also be closed.

Transportation Services will be closing multiple parking lots across campus for lot sweeping and leaf pick-up on Monday, December 22 through Wednesday, December 24.
How to prepare for these closures
Please remove all vehicles from the impacted lots by 7:00 a.m. (see schedule and list of parking lots below). Transportation Services will not be towing vehicles, but any vehicles remaining in these lots may get dirty due to equipment working nearby. OSU is not responsible for damage to any personal vehicles.

As part of renovation work at Fairbanks Hall, the parking lot west of the building will be closed to allow for concrete pouring on Friday, September 26. The west entrance to Fairbanks Hall and sidewalk between the parking lot and the building will also be closed.
