1/29 – Cordley Hall Area Noise Impacts
As part of the Cordley Hall Renewal project, a vacuum truck will be used to remove dirt and rock from the area around Cordley Hall. This may result in noise impacts for building occupants and the surrounding area starting Monday, January 29 through Friday, February 2.

12/30/24: Notice: Gilbert Hall Heating Water Shutdown 6:30 am – 12:00 pm
Heating water will be shut down to Gilbert Hall, Tuesday January 30th, 2024, from 6:30 am -12:00 pm. This critical shutdown is necessary to replace a valve on the heating water return line. Building occupants might experience lower than normal temperatures during this time.

1/15 – Johnson Hall Closed for Domestic Water Shutdown
As part of the Jen-Hsun & Lori Huang Collaborative Innovation Complex project, Johnson Hall will be closed on Monday, January 15 from 7 A.M. to 5 P.M. due to a domestic water shutdown in the building.

1/11 – Campus Way Noise Impacts Near Cordley Hall
This is an update to a previous notification.
A vacuum truck will be working outside of Cordley Hall to remove debris from a storm drain on Thursday, January 11 from 8 – 10 A.M. This may result in noise impacts for occupants in Cordley Hall, the ALS Building, Gilmore Hall, Hovland Hall, Hallie Ford Center and the surrounding area.

1/9/24 Notice: Unplanned power bump
Portions of OSU’s Corvallis Campus may have recently experienced a power bump due to weather related activity off campus. Facilities Services is checking building systems for any issues.
Email Facilities Services if you notice areas without power, generators running or if there are issues with equipment not resetting.

1/8 – Kerr South Parking Lot, Entrance & Walkway Reopening
The Kerr South Parking Lot will reopen for vehicle parking on Monday, January 8.
The south entrance to the Kerr Administration Building will also reopen on Monday, January 8 along with the walkway on the west side of the building. The east entrance to Kerr will remain open, but the sidewalk east of the building, along SW 15th St., will remain closed until further notice.

1/8 – SW 15th St. Lane Closure & Flagging Near Kerr
As part of the Kerr South Parking Lot project, there will be a lane closure on SW 15th Street, just south of the Kerr Administration Building, on Monday, January 8 from 9 A.M. to 3 P.M. Flaggers will be present to direct traffic through the area. Other possible impacts include noise near the work site.
