As part of the Goss Baseball Hitting Building project, a section of the southbound lane on Benton Place will be closed intermittently on Wednesday, April 10 and Thursday, April 11. Flaggers will be present to direct traffic through the area. The closure area will be located near the intersection at Washington Way.

Six street parking spaces will be closed on the west side of Benton Place.

In addition, the west sidewalk on Benton Place will be closed between Langton Place and Washington Way, starting near Snell Hall. Pedestrians may use the south sidewalk on Langton Place, the walkway on the west side of Goss Stadium and the north sidewalk on Washington Way to detour around the closure.

Other possible impacts include noise near the worksite.

As part of the Washington Way Improvement project, a section of the southbound lane on 26th St. will be closed just north of Washington Way. The west sidewalk will be closed between the crosswalk at Dixon Recreation Center and Washington Way. This closure will take place on Wednesday, March 6 and Thursday, March 7.

Flaggers will be present to direct traffic in both directions around the closure. Drivers should expect delays.

Pedestrians traveling southbound should cross 26th St. at Dixon Recreation Center and use the east sidewalk to continue south. Pedestrians traveling northbound should cross 26th St. at Washington Way and use the east sidewalk to continue north.

Other possible impacts include noise, dust and mud near the worksite.

As part of the Kerr South Parking Lot project, there will be a lane closure on SW 15th Street, just south of the Kerr Administration Building, on Monday, January 8 from 9 A.M. to 3 P.M. Flaggers will be present to direct traffic through the area. Other possible impacts include noise near the work site.

As part of the LaSells Stewart Center Mechanical & Roof Renewal project, the northbound lane of SW 26th St. will be closed on Monday, December 18 to allow for crane activity. The closure will extend from SW Western Blvd to SW Washington Way. Flaggers will be present in the area to direct southbound traffic on 26th St.

A section of the east sidewalk on 26th St. will be closed from Western Blvd. to CH2M Hill Alumni Center. Pedestrians may use the west sidewalk as a detour.

As part of the LaSells Stewart Center Mechanical and Roof Renewal project, a section of the northbound lane on SW 26th St. will be closed on Thursday, November 30th from 7 A.M. to 5 P.M. to allow for crane activity. The lane closure will be located between the intersection with SW Western Blvd. and The LaSells Stewart Center.

In addition, the traffic signals at the intersection of 26th St. and Western Blvd. will be shut down during this closure. Flaggers will be present at the intersection to direct traffic through the area.

The east sidewalk on 26th St. will be closed between Western Blvd. and the CH2M Alumni Center. The west sidewalk will remain open for pedestrians. The walkway on the north side of The LaSells Stewart Center will also be closed. Other possible impacts include noise near the work site.

As part of the Kerr South Parking Lot project, there will be intermittent delays on SW 15th St. due to construction activities on Thursday, November 16 and Friday, November 17. A single lane will be closed at a time, with traffic being allowed to pass through the opposite lane. Flaggers will be present to direct traffic. The impacted area will be between SW Washington Ave. and SW Adams Ave. near the Kerr Administration Building and Callahan Hall. Drivers should expect delays between 9 A.M. and 3 P.M. on both days.

A section of the sidewalk on the west side of 15th St., just north of the work area, is closed under a previous notification along with the crosswalk at SW Adams Ave. The east sidewalk will remain open for pedestrians. Other possible impacts include noise near the work site.
