2/14/2022-1/1/2023: Reser parking lot modifications & temporary crosswalk at SW 26th Street

For work related to the Completing Reser Stadium project, the South Reser parking lot entrance/exit to SW 26th Street will be temporarily moved to the south to allow for construction of the new wellness center. Both entrance and exit will be limited to one lane with a detour in place once in the parking lot. The existing crosswalk will be closed and a new temporary crosswalk will be added across SW 26th Street. Additional pedestrian crossings will be added in the parking lot to ensure safe crossing around the construction site. Five ADA spaces have been temporarily relocated to the adjacent drive aisle. The parking lot and crosswalk modifications are scheduled to start on Monday, February 14, 2022 through Sunday, January 1, 2023.

1/25/2022: Parking lot #3221 closure scheduled

As part of the Graf Hall Renovation Project, the Monroe Ave and 16th Street parking lot (lot #3221), located south of Graf Hall, will be closed to facilitate crane activity. The closure is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, January 25, 2022. Pedestrian traffic will be restricted.

1/12-1/16/2022: Extended closure scheduled for Zone 2 area of Reser Stadium parking lot

For work related to the Completing Reser Stadium project, an extended parking closure is scheduled in the Zone 2 area of the Reser Stadium parking lot. The far west passage lane in the parking lot near Oak Creek behind Reser Stadium’s west side will remain closed for continuing cleanup of the implosion debris. The extended closure is scheduled to start on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 through Sunday, January 16, 2022.

1/3-1/10/2022: Updated closure dates for Zone 2 area of Reser Stadium parking lot

For work related to the Completing Reser Stadium project, updated closure dates for the Zone 2 area of the Reser Stadium parking lot (lot #3281) are scheduled for preparation and day-of work for the planned implosion of the stadium’s west side. The updated closure, including parking spaces in parking lot #3281 located between the west side of the stadium and the creek, is scheduled to start on Monday, January 3, 2022 through Monday, January 10, 2022. Between 7 and 8 a.m. on January 7, 2022, licensed contractors will use explosive charges to implode the stadium’s west side. The Zone 2 area of the lot will be used for loading in containers to sit parallel to Oak Creek.

1/3-1/10/2022: Temporary closures and impacts for Completing Reser Stadium project work

For work related to the Completing Reser Stadium project, starting on Monday, January 3, 2022 through Monday, January 10, 2022, a temporary entrance and exit driveway will be constructed along SW 26th Street and five ADA parking spaces will be temporarily closed. A temporary sidewalk closure along SW 26th Street is also planned.

On Monday, January 10, 2022, the temporary driveway areas along SW 26th Street will reopen to all traffic, parking lot fencing for the scheduled implosion of the stadium’s west side on January 7, 2022 will be removed, and site fencing for the new wellness clinic will be set up. Temporary traffic impacts along SW 26th Street related to conduit installation work being performed by Pacific Power are also expected. One lane of traffic along SW 26th Street will remain open while work is being performed.

Between 7 and 8 a.m. on January 7, 2022, licensed contractors will use explosive charges to implode the stadium’s west side. The Zone 2 area of the lot will be used for loading in containers to sit parallel to Oak Creek. The closure is scheduled to start on Wednesday, January 5 through Friday, January 7, 2022. The area will reopen for use at the end of the day on January 7.

12/27-12/28/2021: Temporary parking lot closures for sweeping and leaf pickup

Starting Monday, December 27, 2021, 15 parking lots will be closed for sweeping and leaf pickup. Parking lots will reopen as the work is completed, and all lots are expected to be reopened by the end of the business day on Tuesday, December 28, 2021. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and appreciate your understanding while parking lots are cleared of leaves and debris. 12/13-12/18/2021: Construction fencing changes for Kerr South parking lot

For work related to the Arts and Education Complex project, changes will be made to the construction fencing around the AEC worksite and will impact the Kerr Administration South parking lot (lot #3262). Changes to the construction fencing will be in place starting Monday, December 13, 2021 through Friday, December 17, 2021.

12/6-12/19/2021: Temporary parking lot impacts for electrical reroute work west of Reser Stadium

Electrical reroute work related to the Completing Reser Stadium project is scheduled to start on Monday, December 6, 2021 through Sunday, December 19, 2021. There will be temporary parking lot impacts for the Reser Stadium Lot (lot #3281) and the Valley Football Center Lot (lot #3284). Thirteen standard parking spaces and six ADA spaces will be impacted. Alternative ADA parking spaces will be provided.

11/22/2021-6/15/2023: Closures scheduled for west area of Reser Stadium lot, multiple dates

For work related to the Completing Reser Stadium project, the west area of the Reser Stadium lot (lot #3281) will be closed from Monday, November 22, 2021 through Friday, December 10, 2021. Exterior sawcutting work is scheduled for an electrical reroute.

An extended closure for the west area of the Reser Stadium lot is also scheduled starting Monday, November 22, 2021 through Thursday, June 15, 2023. The area will be used for a contractor jobsite and temporary storage space.
