For work related to the Arts and Education Complex project, changes will be made to the construction fencing around the AEC worksite and will impact the Kerr Administration South parking lot (lot #3262). Electrical reroute work related to the Completing Reser Stadium project is scheduled to start on Monday, December 6, 2021 through Sunday, December 19, 2021. There will be temporary parking lot impacts for the Reser Stadium Lot (lot #3281) and the Valley Football Center Lot (lot #3284). Thirteen standard parking spaces and six ADA spaces will be impacted. Alternative ADA parking spaces will be provided.

For work related to the Completing Reser Stadium project, the west area of the Reser Stadium lot (lot #3281) will be closed from Monday, November 22, 2021 through Friday, December 10, 2021. Exterior sawcutting work is scheduled for an electrical reroute.
An extended closure for the west area of the Reser Stadium lot is also scheduled starting Monday, November 22, 2021 through Thursday, June 15, 2023. The area will be used for a contractor jobsite and temporary storage space.

As part of the Merryfield Hall Renovation project, two accessible parking spaces in parking lot #3221 will be temporarily closed so that building materials can be placed on the roof of Merryfield Hall. A lift will be set up in the area. This temporary closure will also impact the drive aisle between Merryfield Hall and Graf Hall. Work is scheduled from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday, November 18, 2021.

Starting Monday, November 22, 2021, more than 20 parking lots and the OSU parking garage will be closed for sweeping and leaf pickup. Parking lots will reopen as the work is completed, and all lots are expected to be reopened by the end of the business day on Wednesday, November 24, 2021. Dump trucks hauling in and out.
Lot can remain open, but there will be fewer spaces available and there may be times that entry/exit may be blocked.
Structural work continuing on bridge between Rogers Hall and Strand Hall.
Walkway from Monroe Street to Graf Hall parking lot (lot #3221) closed.
Exit doors from Rogers Hall will be marked closed except in emergency.

Removal of oil tank near north entry to Graf Hall, and backfill of hole. Please note that this work will block the sidewalk and north entry to Graf Hall.
South lane of traffic will be blocked.
Flaggers will direct traffic in street.

The Fairbanks Hall Renovation Project is now in construction. Due to truck delivery activity, to avoid trucks attempting to stage and offload directly on Jefferson Street, safety concerns, and clearances required in the construction area, the ADA parking spaces located on the west side of the Fairbanks Hall parking lot (lot #3301) will be offline for use starting Friday, September 10, 2021 (view map). Click here to view a map of nearby ADA parking spaces. You can expect increased activities at the building site and an increase in truck traffic on Jefferson Way, to and from 35th Street.

As part of the Graf Hall Renovation Project, the Monroe Ave. and 16th Street parking lot (lot #3221), located south of Graf Hall, will be closed for construction starting on Monday, August 30, 2021 through Tuesday, September 21, 2021. The accessible spaces at the east end of the lot adjacent to Merryfield Hall will remain open.

For work related to Pacific Power system upgrades, electrical trenching and vault placement will take place along SW Washington Way near the Magruder Hall Northeast Lot (parking lot #3360) in the evenings after business hours. Parking lot #3360 will be closed in the evenings to provide access for construction vehicles. Work is scheduled to start after 5 p.m. on the evenings of Wednesday, May 26 through Friday, May 28, 2021. This ongoing work supports Pacific Power’s power infrastructure and prepares for future upgrades to SW Washington Way.
