As part of the Cordley Hall Renewal Project, the north/south sidewalk on the east side of Cordley Hall will be closed due to construction activities from Friday, August 5, 2022 until June 2024.
This sidewalk is between Cordley Hall, Bates Hall and the Hallie E. Ford Center. The closure is between SW Campus Way and SW Orchard Ave.

Facilities Services will be performing annual load bank testing for the below listed building emergency/ stand-by generators. Each test will take approximately 3 hours. There may be excessive noise and possible exhaust fume odors associated with testing. Each generator will be refueled after testing.

For work related to the Owen Hall water leak and elevator renovation project, a planned one-hour shutdown to the domestic waste line in Owen Hall’s east wing is scheduled for 6-7 a.m. on Wednesday, July 27, 2022. The domestic waste line shutdown will temporarily impact all restrooms in levels 1-4 and all sinks & labs on levels 1-4 in the east wing of the building. Work will occur to tie a new sump pump in the elevator shaft.
