3/4 – 3/15: ALS Building Loading Dock & Forklift Activity
As part of the Agricultural & Life Sciences Building Controls project, a decommissioned chiller will be removed from the basement of the building. This will involve a forklift working in the alley behind the ALS Building, between the loading dock and a nearby dumpster, starting on Monday, March 4 through Friday, March 15. The alley will remain open for vehicles, but drivers may need to pause momentarily while the forklift is in operation.

2/23/24: District Utility Plant Chilled Water Shutdown Affecting ALS, Nash & Cordley
The District Utility Plant will be shut down Friday morning February 23rd from 8 am – 2 pm to allow for new piping supplying Burt Hall to be connected to the system and properly bled. This will affect chilled water delivery to ALS, Nash and Cordley and could cause some building temperature fluctuations.

2/24 – Fairbanks Hall Parking Space Closures
As part of the Fairbanks Hall Renovation project, several parking spaces will be closed on the west side of Fairbanks Hall on Saturday, February 24 from 7 A.M. to 3 P.M. This closure involves the loading dock, two reserved spaces and one service space. The ADA parking spaces and EV charging stations will not be impacted. This closure is necessary to allow for a lift truck and work happening on the Fairbanks Hall gutters.

2/15 – 2/19: Cordley Hall Area Noise Notification
A truck will be filling a trench with aggregate material on the east side of Cordley Hall starting Thursday, February 15 through Monday, February 19. This may result in noise impacts for building occupants and the surrounding area.

2/17 – Kelley Engineering Center Water Shutdown
As part of the Kelley Engineering Center Second Floor Remodel, there will be a building-wide domestic water shutdown at Kelley Engineering Center on Saturday, February 17 from 6 A.M. to 6 P.M. This shutdown will affect bathrooms, kitchens and drinking fountains throughout the building.

2/14 – ALS Building Closed for Air System Shutdown
As part of the ALS Building Controls and Equipment Replacement project, the Agricultural and Life Sciences Building will be closed on Wednesday, February 14 from 5 A.M. to 7 A.M. The air handlers and exhaust system will be shut down building-wide during the closure. No entry will be permitted. Reasonable indoor temperatures will be maintained during the closure.

2/9 – Beth Ray Center Crane Work on Stadium Ave.
As part of the Beth Ray Solar project, SW Stadium Ave. will be closed on the south side of the Beth Ray Center on Friday, February 9 from 6:00 – 7:30 A.M. to allow for crane activity. The road closure will be located between the Beth Ray Center and CH2M HILL Alumni Center.
The sidewalks on both sides of Stadium Ave. will also be closed along with two reserved parking spots, the loading dock and the dumpster access area on the south side of the street.

2/14/24: Ag. Life & Sciences Supply Fans Shutdown 6:00 am- 12:00 pm
The building air fans will be shut down one at a time to perform preventive maintenance and change air filters in Ag. Life & Sciences February 14, 2024 6:00 am – 12:00 pm. Building occupants may notice slight pressure & air flow changes throughout the building.
