The Richardson Hall chiller and chilled water system will be shut down immediately for emergency repairs. Building occupants will notice warmer than normal air temperatures during this time. This will not affect temperatures in the server rooms. Estimated restoral date is August 25th.

8/22-8/26: Scheduled RO/DI Water Shutdown Richardson Hall
RO/DI water will be shut down to Richardson Hall starting August 22th through August 26th to allow installation of a new RO/DI water system. During this week the old system will be removed and replaced and new electrical and plumbing connections will be made.

Scheduled: Agricultural & Life Sciences Bldg. – Generator Transfer Switch Testing
Effective Date(s): August 10, 2022, 6:30 am – 7:30 am.
To ensure recent repairs to the transfer switch were successful, power to all 208 and 120v red emergency outlets will be briefly interrupted for testing on August 10, 2022. Power interruptions should only occur when the switch is turned on and then turned off a short amount of time later.

8/5/2022-June 2024: North/south sidewalk closure on east side of Cordley Hall
As part of the Cordley Hall Renewal Project, the north/south sidewalk on the east side of Cordley Hall will be closed due to construction activities from Friday, August 5, 2022 until June 2024.
This sidewalk is between Cordley Hall, Bates Hall and the Hallie E. Ford Center. The closure is between SW Campus Way and SW Orchard Ave.

5/11 – 5/23/2022: Closure of southbound SW 26th St. between Campus Way & Jefferson Way
As part of the 2022 Street Safety Maintenance Project, the southbound lane of SW 26th Street between SW Campus Way and SW Jefferson Way will be closed for road improvements from May 11 through May 23rd. SW 26th Street will be open to northbound traffic only.

5/10/2022: Short-term flagging operations along SW 26th and SW 30 Sts., SW Washington Way
As part of the 2022 Street Safety Maintenance Project, short-term flagging operations will take place on SW 26th street, SW 30th Street and SW Washington Way to allow for contractor saw-cutting concrete and asphalt streets for repairs. Work will begin at 7:30 a.m.

For work related to the Washington Way Improvement Project, a planned sidewalk closure along the north side of SW Washington Way is scheduled to start at 8 a.m. on Friday, May 6, 2022 through 5 p.m. on Monday, June 13, 2022. Pacific Power will be on site performing work related to the project.
