The steam will be shut down in Moreland Hall December17, 7:00 am – December 20, 2021 5:00pm for replacement of steam control valve and traps on existing radiators. This will affect all steam services, includes heat & hot water building wide.

The building air fans will be shut down one at a time to perform preventive maintenance and change air filters in Ag. Life & Sciences September 8, 2021 6:00 am – 11:00 am. Building occupants may notice slight pressure & air flow changes throughout the building.

The air filters are being changed in Linus Pauling air handler units August 23 – August 27, 2021 during the hours of 5:00 am – 11:00 am. During this time the air from the air handlers and supply fans may be reduced a small amount.
