As part of the Washington Way Improvement project, flaggers will be controlling traffic in all directions at the intersection of SW Washington Way and SW 26^th St. starting on Monday, Nov. 18^th and continuing through Wednesday, Dec. 4^th.

In addition, the sidewalks on 26^th St. north of Washington Way will be closed as follows:

11/18 – 11/19: a small section of the west sidewalk will be closed just north of the intersection. A detour will be available on the sidewalk bordering Student Legacy Park.

11/20 – 11/21: the east sidewalk will be closed between Dixon Recreation Center and Washington Way. A detour will be available along the walkway bordering the sand volleyball courts.

Other possible impacts include noise, dust and mud near the work area.
