As part of the ongoing waterline replacement project conducted by the city of Corvallis, construction work will continue on SW 35th St. during the week of May 5 – 9. Please see below details and impacts.
- Work will be continuing on SW 35th St., north of SW Sagebrush Dr.
- SW 35th St. will remain closed to through traffic between Western Blvd. and Washington Way.
- Local access to the Western Building parking lot and SW Sagebrush Dr. will be maintained during this closure.
- Every effort will be made to keep the Beaver Bus stop at the Western Building open. If detours or bus stop changes occur, they will be posted on the Beaver Bus Route Changes page.
- Changes to city bus stops will be posted at the physical location and will be noted on the city’s website.
- On-street bike travel will not be permitted through the work zone. Alternate bicycle routes could include SW Sagebrush Dr., SW 30th St. or SW 26th St.
- Sidewalks in the area will remain open.
