The chilled water system will be shut down in Burt Hall and Wilkinson Hall starting Tuesday, August 19 at 5 p.m. Service will be restored on Wednesday, August 20 at 1 p.m. Air conditioning and chilled water in labs will not be available during the shutdown.
Other possible impacts include noise and dust.

The North District Utility Plant will be shut down Wednesday morning, April 3rd, from 7am – 12pm to allow for an electrical contractor to replace recalled circuit breakers under warranty. This will affect chilled water delivery to ALS, Nash and Burt Hall and could cause some building temperature fluctuations.

Scheduled: Annual Fire Rollup Door Testing

An outside contractor will be performing testing on fire rollup doors December 18th-20th . The testing is approximately ½ hour per door. The door will be closed for that time, and there may be some noise as the door closes and opens. Please see the list of impacted buildings below.

As part of the Summer 2023 Parking Lot Renewal Project, the A2 parking lot located between NW 27th St. and NW Arnold Way (north of Burt Hall) will be closed on Friday, July 7.

Due to construction activities related to chilled water piping integration in multiple buildings, a chilled water loop shutdown is scheduled starting on Monday, January 17, 2022 through Friday, January 21, 2022.
