As part of the 2022 Street Safety Maintenance Project, portions of SW Stadium Avenue will be closed to vehicle access. Sidewalk access will remain open. Work is scheduled to take place between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Friday, October 7, 2022.

For work related to the Milam Hall Re-roof project, SW Campus Way at the 26th Street intersection is scheduled to be closed from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, July 19, 2022. There will be construction activity occurring in the area.

Emergency Street Shutdown Westbound lane at the intersection of 30th and Washington Way due to an apparent water main break. The City of Corvallis has been contacted and is en route to repair, unknown time of restoration. Additional lane closures could occur as the work progresses. Magruder Hall will experience reduced water pressure while this repair is being performed.
For work related to Pacific Power system upgrades, Pacific Power will perform trenching work along 35th Street through Friday, April 16, 2021. Trenching work will occur in the following areas: near the Energy Center in the Energy Center East Lot (lot #3340), the Energy Center South Lot (lot #3339) and the 35th Street access to the Energy Center. The access along SW Jefferson Way will remain open. This work supports Pacific Power’s power infrastructure and prepares for future upgrades to SW Washington Way.

As part of the Cordley Hall Renovation project, NW Orchard Avenue will change to one-way traffic eastbound, between NW 30th Street and NW 27th Street, beginning on Thursday, Dec. 3, 2020. This change will be in place for the duration of the Cordley Hall Renovation through 2024.

As part of the North District Utility Plant (NDUP) project, NW Orchard Avenue will be closed to complete utility work associated with the NDUP.
