The city of Corvallis will resume work on a waterline replacement project on SW 35th St. next week. SW 35th St. will be closed to through traffic between the Oak Creek Bridge and the railroad crossing starting on Tuesday, September 23. Local access will be available for residents and OSU facilities, but no through traffic will be permitted.
- SW 35th St. will remain closed overnight and during weekends.
- Emergency vehicles must detour around the closure – there will not be room for vehicles to pass through the work zone.
- Bicycle lanes will be closed.
- The sidewalk will remain open on one side of street, but pedestrians will need to follow signage and switch sides as work progresses.
- Any changes to CTS stops will be posted at the physical location and will be noted on the city’s website: https://www.corvallisoregon.gov/cts
