This is an update on a water pipeline and road improvement project led by the city of Corvallis. Work is expected to continue through September 2025. Planned projects for the week of July 21 – 25

• Sidewalk ADA ramp work will continue at SW 15^th St. and Western Blvd.
• Electrical work will occur at the SW 15^th St./Western Blvd. traffic signal mid-week. See notes below for Wednesday, July 23.  

Traffic & travel impacts

• Both SW 35^th St. and Western Blvd. will remain open to vehicle traffic.
  • Lane shifts/closures will be in place to create work zones on Western Blvd.
• Wednesday, July 23: traffic signal at SW 15^th St./Western Blvd. will shut down and become a 4-way stop. Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction. Temporary stop signs will be in place.  
• Changes to city bus stops will be in effect.
  • Changes will be posted at the bus stop and on the City’s website. https://www.corvallisoregon.gov/cts
• Sidewalks may be unavailable at various times in this area and pedestrians will be directed to detour.
