This closure will occur in two phases.

7/8: A section of NW Orchard Ave. between NW 27^th and NW 30^th St. will be fully closed to all vehicle traffic to allow for street and sewer repair work.

7/9 – 7/12: The westbound lane on NW Orchard Ave. between NW 27^th and NW 30^th St. will be closed. Vehicles will be limited to one-way, eastbound traffic only.

Access to the North District Utility Plant and the Cordley Hall West loading dock will be available via a detour along SW Campus Way east to the fire lane west of Cordley Hall.

The south sidewalk in this section of Orchard Ave. will be closed July 8 – 12. The north sidewalk will remain open for pedestrians.

Other possible impacts include noise near the work site.
