Due to boring a new water line in the area the gravel path on the north side of AA Red Emerson Advanced Wood Products Laboratory the yellow marked area will be closed for access (see map)  beginning Wednesday, November 26- Monday, December 1, 2025. On Monday December 1, 2025 the boring contractor will be pulling the line along the yellow dotted line (see map) which will block pedestrian and ADA access to the north side of AA Red Emmerson Lab. Pedestrian and ADA access will be available from Washington Way. Accommodation available upon request.

ADA access will be provided as needed along the yellow line. The walk will either be signed for ADA access or an isle will be marked out and left open.

As part of renovation work happening at Dixon Recreation Center, a section of SW 26th St. will be fully closed in both directions between SW Washington Way and SW Intramural Lane. The closure will be effect on Wednesday, October 8 from 6:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. The west entrance at Dixon Rec Center will be closed from 9 – 11 A.M. A flagger will be present to help direct pedestrians around the work zone.

Beaver Bus and Corvallis Transit routes may be impacted. Please check with transit providers for route updates.

The east sidewalk on SW 26th St. will be closed in this area. The west sidewalk will remain open. A section of parking spaces and the bike shelter in front of Dixon Rec Center will be closed.

The sidewalk immediately adjacent to the entrance will also be closed. The north, west and southeast entries will remain open.
