As part of the Jen-Hsun Huang & Lori Mills Huang Collaborative Innovation Complex project, SW Memorial Place will be closed between SW Campus Way and SW Monroe Ave. starting Monday, June 17 through Friday, July 26.  The west sidewalk on Memorial Place will also be closed. The east sidewalk will remain open for pedestrians.

Other potential impacts include noise near the worksite.

As part of the Pride Center Renovation project, landscaping and tree work around the work site will result in several traffic and pedestrian impacts in the area, starting on Monday, June 10 through Wednesday, June 12.

6/10 – 6/11: a section of sidewalk on the north side of SW A Ave., directly in front of the Pride Center, will be closed. Pedestrians may use the crosswalk at SW 15th St. and the south sidewalk to detour around the area.

6/11 only: the alley behind the Pride Center (SW May Ave.) will be closed along with several parking spaces on the north side of the roadway. Vehicles may enter May Ave. from 15th St. to enter the parking lot east of the Pride Center, but no through traffic will be permitted. Vehicles may also enter May Ave. from 17th St. to access the parking lot west of the Pride Center or parking around Cascade Hall, but no through traffic behind the Pride Center will be permitted.

6/10 – 6/12: the SW A Ave. entrance to the parking lot west of the Pride Center will be closed. Vehicles may enter the parking lot from the SW 17th St. entrance. The exit lane from the parking lot to A Ave. will remain open.

The sidewalk closure on 35th St., approaching the Washington Way intersection, has been extended through Thursday, June 20. Flagging operations and traffic delays will continue intermittently through Thursday, June 20.

Sidewalk closure signs and barriers will be in place on 35th St., on both the east and west sidewalks, approaching the Washington Way intersection. Pedestrians should plan to use Jefferson Way, 30th St. and the multi-use path on Washington Way to detour around the area. No crosswalk access will be available at the intersection of Washington Way and 35th St. The multi-use path on Washington Way will remain accessible from 35th St.

The east sidewalk on 35th St., on both the north and south sides of the intersection, will be closed. The east crosswalk at 35th St. and Washington Way will also be closed. Pedestrians may use the west sidewalk and north crosswalk on 35th St. as a detour. The multi-use path on the south side of Washington Way will remain open.

As part of the Kelley District Utility Plant project, SW Campus Way between SW 26th St. and SW Memorial Place will be closed starting Wednesday, May 29 through Monday, June 10.  The closure is necessary to allow for crane activity related to the project. Unlike recent, intermittent closures related to the project, this will be a continuous closure of Campus Way.

The Kelley Engineering Center south entrance will also be closed.
