Convergint will be conducting annual fire alarm & sprinkler testing. Testing will take place in the buildings listed below. The testing will be brief and include both sounding of alarms and strobes. As part of the testing, building occupants may notice occasional beeping coming from the fire panel and horns and strobe lights activating throughout the building. Signage will be posted on exterior doors while testing is being conducted.

As part of the LaSells Stewart Center Mechanical and Roof Renewal project, a section of the northbound lane on SW 26^th St., between SW Western Blvd. and the CH2M HILL Alumni Center, will be closed to allow for crane activity on Wednesday, August 9 from 7 A.M. to 11 A.M. Flaggers will be present in the area to direct traffic.

In addition, a section of the sidewalk on the east side of 26^th St. will be closed along with the crosswalk near the front entrance and the walkway on the north side of The LaSells Stewart Center. The west sidewalk will remain open for pedestrians.

Update: The sidewalk along SW 26th Street, near the LaSells Stewart Center, will be closed for repair work through the end of the day, Friday, June 19, 2020. Domestic water and fire line work has been completed and the roadway is open.

Domestic water and fire line will be out of service from 7 a.m., Tuesday, June 9 to 5 p.m., Friday, June 12. Water will be turned on sooner if possible.

The sidewalk and roadway will be closed from 7 a.m., Tuesday, June 9 to 5 p.m., Friday, June 12, 2020. Northbound traffic will be shifted around the work. Flaggers may be utilized if necessary.
