As part of the construction work to replace a steam line between Austin Hall and Sackett Hall, a crane will be set up at Sackett Place on Thursday, November 13, all day. There will no access for parking or deliveries. Deliveries to LInC will be rerouted to the EH&S Annex for the day. Alternate pedestrian routes will be noted with signs.

The building air fans will be shut down one at a time to perform preventive maintenance and change air filters in Ag. Life & Sciences November 13, 2025 7:00 am – 12:00 pm. Building occupants may notice slight pressure & air flow changes throughout the building.

The industrial hot water will be shut down in Johnson Hall November 8th, 2025, from 7:00am – 11:00am to allow for mixing valve repairs. This will affect industrial hot water building wide. This shutdown will not affect restrooms, eyewash stations, drinking fountains or fire systems.

The domestic cold water will be shut down in the basement of Gilbert Hall Addition November 7th, 2025, from 6:00 am – 10:00 am to allow for water valve repairs. This will affect water building throughout the basement in all labs, restrooms, breakrooms & custodial closets. Restrooms will be closed during this time; Restrooms will be available in the floors above.

EH&S has asked us to remind building occupants thatwater will not be available to emergency eyewash/shower units, and occupants should discontinue all hazardous substance use (chemicals, unsealed radioisotopes, and biohazardous materials) for the duration of the shutdown.
Water and compressed air to the 1st floor labs will be shut down in Richardson Hall November 10th, 2025, from 6:30am – 9:30am to relocated lab water and compressed air valve.
