As part of the Cordley Hall Renewal project, a vacuum truck will be used to remove dirt and rock from the area around Cordley Hall. This may result in noise impacts for building occupants and the surrounding area starting Monday, January 29 through Friday, February 2.

Heating water will be shut down to Gilbert Hall, Tuesday January 30th, 2024, from 6:30 am -12:00 pm. This critical shutdown is necessary to replace a valve on the heating water return line. Building occupants might experience lower than normal temperatures during this time.

Portions of OSU’s Corvallis Campus may have recently experienced a power bump due to weather related activity off campus. Facilities Services is checking building systems for any issues.

The Kerr South Parking Lot will reopen for vehicle parking on Monday, January 8.
The south entrance to the Kerr Administration Building will also reopen on Monday, January 8 along with the walkway on the west side of the building. The east entrance to Kerr will remain open, but the sidewalk east of the building, along SW 15th St., will remain closed until further notice.

Flaggers will be present to direct traffic through the area. Other possible impacts include noise near the work site.
