As part of the Bloss Hall Renovation project, a section of sidewalk between Bloss Hall (north side) and Arnold Dining Center will be closed starting Wednesday, January 8 through Monday, January 13.

As part of the Withycombe Hall Renovation project, a section of SW Campus Way will be closed between SW 30th St. and the Agricultural and Life Sciences Building starting on Monday, January 6.
Please see the closure schedule below:
1/6: eastbound lane closed between SW 30th St. and the ALS Building. Single-lane traffic permitted. The south sidewalk will be closed in front of Linus Pauling Science Center. Flaggers will be present to direct pedestrians and vehicles through the area.
1/7 – 1/13: full road closure between SW 30th St. and the ALS Building. No vehicle traffic permitted. A detour for emergency vehicles will be provided. The south sidewalk will be open for pedestrians.
SW Campus Way will reopen after 5:30 p.m. each day to allow vehicle access after work hours.

As part of the Kelley District Utility Plant project, SW Memorial Place between SW Campus Way and NW Monroe Ave. will be closed through March 1, 2025. A section of the west sidewalk on Memorial Place will be closed. The east sidewalk will remain open.
The east entrances to Kelley Engineering Center will remain open. A pedestrian pathway through the fenced construction area will be provided.
The bike lane on the east side of Memorial Place will remain open.

As part of the Hinsdale Lab Addition project, the parking lot on the east side of the Hinsdale Wave Research Lab will be closed along with the westbound lane on SW Jefferson Way. This closure will be in effect starting on Wednesday, December 18 through Friday, December 20. The south sidewalk on Jefferson Way will also be closed in this area. Pedestrians may use the north sidewalk as a detour. Flaggers will be present to direct traffic and assist pedestrians.
The east entrance of Hinsdale Wave Research Lab will be closed. The north entrance will remain open.

As part of the Gilkey Hall Renovation project, the sidewalks on the south and west sides of Gilkey Hall will be closed starting on Tuesday, December 17.
The south sidewalk will be closed on December 17 & 18.
The west sidewalk (bordering SW Memorial Place) will close on December 17 and remain closed for the duration of the project.

As part of the Washington Way Improvement project, the north sidewalk and cycle track on Washington Way between SW 30th and SW 35th St. will be closed for concrete repairs starting Monday, December 16 through Tuesday, January 7.
Pedestrians may use the multi-use path on the south side of Washington Way as a detour.
This section of Washington Way remains closed to all vehicle traffic.

A crane will be working in the walkway area between the Agricultural and Life Sciences Building and Nash Hall starting Tuesday, December 17 – Thursday, December 19. The crane will be lifting equipment onto the roof of the ALS Building. A section of SW Campus Way between Nash Hall and the ALS Building will be closed. The walkway area between the two buildings will be closed.
The south sidewalk in this section of Campus Way will be closed. The north sidewalk will remain open. The loading zone parking spaces outside of Nash Hall will be closed.
Both buildings will remain open during the crane activity. The west and south entrances to Nash Hall will be open. Signage on the east side of the ALS building will direct pedestrians through ALS to the east side entrance of Nash Hall.
