As part of the steam line project happening near Sackett Hall, SW Jefferson Way will be closed in both directions between SW 26^th and SW 30^th St. starting Saturday, December 13 – Sunday, January 4. Local access will be allowed from 30^th St. for parking at Sackett Hall and from SW 26^th St. for parking at the Asian and Pacific Cultural Center.

Pedestrians on SW Jefferson Way will be detoured at Sackett Hall and Austin Hall. The pedestrian detour route will be marked with signage and will utilize sidewalks on SW Sackett Place, Intramural Lane and SW Weatherford Place.

Other possible impacts include noise, dust and mud near the work zone.

SW Jefferson Way be closed between SW 26^th St and SW Waldo Place on Friday, July 19 from 7:00 AM until 3:00 pm for a crane to be placed to replace rooftop mechanical equipment. The closure includes both the north and south sidewalks.

As part of work for the Memorial Union Roof and Gutter Renewal project, SW Jefferson Way between SW 26^th Street and SW Benton Place will be closed to vehicle traffic starting Monday, December 18 through Friday, December 22 daily from 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM. In addition, the sidewalk on the north side of SW Jefferson Way, directly south of the Memorial Union will be closed. Pedestrians will be diverted to the sidewalk on the south side of SW Jefferson Way.
