Due to required street tree pruning to provide necessary clearance for the new taller city busses, 26^th street between SW Stadium Ave. and SW Western Blvd. (see map) will be closed January 20, 2026 from 7:00 am – 4:00 pm.  Pedestrian traffic and ADA path of travel will not be impacted, northbound and southbound sidewalks will remain open. Road may open early once work is completed. Detour will be 30^th  Street to Washington Way and back to 26^th Street.
