The City of Corvallis and OSU are collaborating on a project to improve the pedestrian crossing at SW 35th St. and SW Campus Way. This work will begin on Monday, June 24 and continue throughout the summer. Starting Monday, traffic cones and signage will be in place to direct vehicles through the work zone. There will be intermittent closures of the bike lanes and bicyclists will be directed to ride with traffic as needed.

Four city parking spaces will be removed on the north-east side of the intersection to accommodate a new pedestrian crossing island.

A full closure of the intersection is currently scheduled for July 22 though August 2. An updated Campus Notification will be sent in mid-July.
