As part of the Community Hall Slope Project, tree removal work in the project area is scheduled to start on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 through Friday, September 3, 2021. Additional work associated with the project is scheduled to continue on Tuesday, September 7, 2021, starting at the east side of Furman Hall.
Oregon State University began work in early July 2021 to update the area shown in this map image to provide access through this portion of OSU’s Corvallis campus for all people. ADA improvements related to the project will also require reconstruction of building entrances to Gladys Valley, the Pharmacy Building and Joyce Collin Furman Hall. There will be an open entrance to each building at all times.
We will work to accommodate the needs of users working within the project area, but there will be disruptions to many day-to-day activities. As part of the Graf Hall Renovation Project, the Monroe Ave. and 16th Street parking lot (lot #3221), located south of Graf Hall, will be closed for construction starting on Monday, August 30, 2021 through Tuesday, September 21, 2021. The accessible spaces at the east end of the lot adjacent to Merryfield Hall will remain open.

The air filters are being changed in Linus Pauling air handler units August 23 – August 27, 2021 during the hours of 5:00 am – 11:00 am. During this time the air from the air handlers and supply fans may be reduced a small amount.

Due to a failed chiller component, Richardson Hall will be without cooling for the next several hours while repairs are being completed. This may cause higher than normal temperature levels building-wide. An additional notice will be sent out when repairs are complete and cooling is restored. This will not affect temperatures in the server rooms or Atrium.

Because the building is centrally located on campus, please be aware that construction work is starting for the Fairbanks Hall renovation project. You can expect more activities at the building site along SW 26th Street and Jefferson Way as Fortis Construction starts work on the building.
