12/18 – 12/29: Intersection Closed at 26th St. & Washington Way

As part of the Washington Way Improvement project, the north side of the intersection at SW Washington Way and SW 26th Street will be closed from Monday, December 18 – Friday, December 29. A section of 26th St. will be closed between Washington Way and Dixon Recreation Center.

The east side of this intersection is closed under a previous notification.

Pedestrians may use the multi-use path on the south side of Washington Way as a detour around the area.

Other possible impacts include noise, dust and mud near the work site.

The map shows a street and intersection closure on SW 26th Street. The north side of the intersection at SW 26th St. and SW Washington Way is marked as closed. The closure extends north on 26th St. to Dixon Recreation Center. The east side of the intersection is also marked as closed.
