For work related to the Cordley Hall Renovation Project, stand-by generator testing will take place on Cordley Hall’s west side. The testing will cause AC power interruptions and impact the building’s primary power. Testing is scheduled from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Wednesday, September 14, 2022.

What do you need to do to prepare for this outage? Please make sure that all computers, printers, copiers, and other electronic devices are turned off prior to the start of the scheduled stand-by generator testing. If you have an Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS), also known as a battery back-up, please be sure to turn it off as well.

Chilled water will be shut down to Richardson Hall starting June 6^th at 8 am until June 8^th at 3:30 pm to perform repairs on the building chiller. Building occupants may notice warmer than normal air temperature

As part of the 2022 Street Safety Maintenance Project, the southbound lane of SW 26^th Street between SW Campus Way and SW Jefferson Way will be closed for road improvements from May 11 through May 23rd. SW 26^th Street will be open to northbound traffic only.

As part of the 2022 Street Safety Maintenance Project, short-term flagging operations will take place on SW 26^th street, SW 30^th Street and SW Washington Way to allow for contractor saw-cutting concrete and asphalt streets for repairs. Work will begin at 7:30 a.m.
