As part of the LaSells Stewart Center Mechanical & Roof Renewal project, the northbound lane of SW 26^th St. will be closed on Monday, December 18 to allow for crane activity. The closure will extend from SW Western Blvd to SW Washington Way. Flaggers will be present in the area to direct southbound traffic on 26^th St.

A section of the east sidewalk on 26^th St. will be closed from Western Blvd. to CH2M Hill Alumni Center. Pedestrians may use the west sidewalk as a detour.

PLEASE NOTE: this notification is one of four road closures or construction zones will be impacting travel on 26th St. between Western Blvd. and Orchard Ave. during the period of December 18 – January 5. See locations and dates below:

12/18 – 12/19: Intersection Closure at 26^th St. & Orchard Ave.

12/18 – 12/29: Intersection Closed at 26^th St. & Washington Way

12/20 – 1/5: Flagging Operations on 26^th St. from Campus Way to Monroe Ave.

As part of the LaSells Stewart Center Mechanical and Roof Renewal project, a section of the northbound lane on SW 26^th St. will be closed on Thursday, November 30^thfrom 7 A.M. to 5 P.M. to allow for crane activity. The lane closure will be located between the intersection with SW Western Blvd. and The LaSells Stewart Center.

In addition, the traffic signals at the intersection of 26^th St. and Western Blvd. will be shut down during this closure. Flaggers will be present at the intersection to direct traffic through the area.

The east sidewalk on 26^th St. will be closed between Western Blvd. and the CH2M Alumni Center. The west sidewalk will remain open for pedestrians. The walkway on the north side of The LaSells Stewart Center will also be closed. Other possible impacts include noise near the work site.

As part of the Kerr South Parking Lot project, there will be intermittent delays on SW 15^th St. due to construction activities on Thursday, November 16 and Friday, November 17. A single lane will be closed at a time, with traffic being allowed to pass through the opposite lane. Flaggers will be present to direct traffic. The impacted area will be between SW Washington Ave. and SW Adams Ave. near the Kerr Administration Building and Callahan Hall. Drivers should expect delays between 9 A.M. and 3 P.M. on both days.

A section of the sidewalk on the west side of 15th St., just north of the work area, is closed under a previous notification along with the crosswalk at SW Adams Ave. The east sidewalk will remain open for pedestrians. Other possible impacts include noise near the work site.

Correction: The west sidewalk on SW 15^th St. near the Kerr Administration Building is closed under a previous notification and will remain closed through December 4. The east sidewalk will be open for pedestrians during the work occurring on November 9 and November 10.

This notification has been canceled.

As part of the Oak Creek Building Renovation project, a section of the southbound, right-turn lane on SW 30^th St. will be closed on Tuesday, October 24 and Wednesday, October 25. The impacted section is located between the entrance to the Oak Creek Building North parking lot and SW Western Blvd.

A section of the west sidewalk along SW 30^th St. will also be closed. Pedestrians may use the crosswalk located at the intersection with Western Blvd. or the crosswalk located near Samaritan Athletic Medicine Center to detour around the area.

The map shows a southbound lane closure on SW 30th St. between the entrance to the Oak Creek Building North parking lot and SW Western Blvd. A section of the west sidewalk is also marked as closed. A pedestrian detour is marked at the intersection with Western Blvd.

As part of the 2023 Street Safety program, flagging operations will occur on SW Jefferson Way west of SW 26^th Street on July 23. 2023. Street repairs will occur during this time, which may cause noise and dust.
