As part of the Community Hall Slopes project, the walkway located on the south side of the Pharmacy Building will be closed for handrail installation from 2/27 – 3/10/23. The ADA parking spaces in the south Pharmacy/Furman parking lot will also be closed during this time. ADA access to buildings in the area will be maintained. Minor noise impacts are also possible.

As part of the Washington Way Improvement project, east-west pedestrian access along Washington Way between 17th & 26th Streets will be rerouted at the 17th & 26th Street intersections. Pedestrians traveling east-west along the north sidewalk will be detoured across Washington Way to an ADA-accessible walkway. The north sidewalk between 17th & 26th Streets will be closed starting on 1/23/23 through the duration of this project.
Other possible impacts include noise, dust and mud near the construction site.

Emergency Street Shutdown Westbound lane at the intersection of 30th and Washington Way due to an apparent water main break. The City of Corvallis has been contacted and is en route to repair, unknown time of restoration. Additional lane closures could occur as the work progresses. Magruder Hall will experience reduced water pressure while this repair is being performed.
As part of the Community Hall Slope Project, tree removal work in the project area is scheduled to start on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 through Friday, September 3, 2021. Additional work associated with the project is scheduled to continue on Tuesday, September 7, 2021, starting at the east side of Furman Hall.

As part of the Owen Hall Renovation Project, Campus Way in front of Owen Hall will be narrowed by 12 feet for a concrete pump and concrete truck. There will be a 8-10 foot lane that will remain open. Work is scheduled to take place between 5 a.m. and 8 a.m. daily, starting on Wednesday, May 26, and again on Friday, May 28, 2021.

For work related to Pacific Power system upgrades, the multi-use path along SW Washington Way will be temporarily sectioned off between 30th Street and 35th Street for electrical work being performed by Pacific Power. A detour will be in place. Work is extended through Monday, May 24, 2021.
