The Corvallis Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (CAMPO) will be placing bike counters at locations across Corvallis. Counter equipment will be placed on a utility pole on the north side of SW Campus Way on Oregon State University’s Corvallis campus. The counter equipment will be in place starting on Wednesday, Feb. 24 through mid-March 2021. Tubes associated with the counting equipment can be driven over.

Effective Date(s): October 13th 2020 7:00 am -12:00 pm   

In order to perform emergency steam line repairs, steam will be turned off to the South wing of Magruder Hall tomorrow, 10/13 from 7am to 12pm.  This will affect domestic hot water and heating water for this portion of the building.  Water temperature and some air temperature may be lower than normal.

For work related to the ILLC masonry repairs, the sidewalk on the south side of the ILLC will be closed. The closure is scheduled to run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2020.

A planned power service interruption will occur on Thursday, July 16, beginning at 5 a.m. and last through Saturday, July 18, at 12 p.m. The work to be performed by Pacific Power includes replacing switches and cables that feed certain buildings along Southwest Jefferson Way and Southwest Campus Way. See below for a list of affected buildings.

The following buildings will be without power for the duration of the outage (Thursday, July 16, beginning at 5 a.m. and last through Saturday, July 18, at 7 a.m.):

In addition, there will be a planned power outage on Saturday, July 18, starting at 5 a.m. and lasting for approximately eight hours. Pacific Power will be replacing bolted connections in a niche that supplies many buildings along SW Campus Way.

As part of the Merryfield Hall renovation project, a steam shutdown will occur so that failing steam piping can be replaced. Temporary heating will be provided for the spaces that are occupied in the south end and east wing of the building.
