As part of the 2022 Street Safety Maintenance Project, the southbound lane of SW 26^th Street between SW Campus Way and SW Jefferson Way will be closed for road improvements from May 11 through May 23rd. SW 26^th Street will be open to northbound traffic only.

Kidder Hall Hot Water Emergency Shutdown – Due to a heat exchanger failure all hot water in Kidder Hall has been turned off. At this time because of parts availability repairs are estimated to be delayed about 3 weeks.

In ALS on January 18, starting at 7 am, Facilities Services will be on-site to replace some failed electrical components in one of the air handler units. Building air will function adequately however, there may be some noticeable air fluctuations.  This repair is expected to last throughout the day.

The City of Corvallis has identified a water main break outside Weniger Hall and will begin making repairs tomorrow, January 4^th, around 9am. Building occupants may notice water pressure fluctuations and a temporary shutdown while the city is making repairs. This will affect all water building wide including restrooms, labs, sinks & drinking fountains.
