As part of the Dixon Recreation Center pool mechanical replacement project, loud concrete demolition work will occur in the pool area from August 8 through August 15, 2022. The pool will be open normal hours and hearing protection will be available at the doors into the pool area.

As part of the Community Hall Slope Project, a temporary power outage will occur from 6 – 8 am on Tuesday, August 9 in the following buildings: Pharmacy, Gladys Valley Gymnastics Center and Hattie Redmond Women and Gender Center. Pharmacy will only experience a short power interruption before backup power takes over.
What do you need to do to prepare for this outage? Please make sure that all computers, printers, copiers, and other electronic devices are turned off prior to 6 am on August 9. If you have an Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS), also known as a battery back-up, please be sure to turn it off as well.

As part of the Cordley Hall Renewal Project, the north/south sidewalk on the east side of Cordley Hall will be closed due to construction activities from Friday, August 5, 2022 until June 2024.
This sidewalk is between Cordley Hall, Bates Hall and the Hallie E. Ford Center. The closure is between SW Campus Way and SW Orchard Ave.

As part of the 2022 Street Safety Maintenance Project, the southbound lane of SW 26th Street between SW Campus Way and SW Jefferson Way will be closed for road improvements from May 11 through May 23rd. SW 26th Street will be open to northbound traffic only.

As part of the 2022 Street Safety Maintenance Project, short-term flagging operations will take place on SW 26th street, SW 30th Street and SW Washington Way to allow for contractor saw-cutting concrete and asphalt streets for repairs. Work will begin at 7:30 a.m.

Update: The closure for parking lot #3221 has been extended through Thursday, March 17, 2022 for paving work.
As part of the Graf Hall Renovation, the Monroe Ave. and 16th Street parking lot (lot #3221) will be closed for paving and ground floor entries to the building will be inaccessible. Excavation and forming for the concrete work will start on Monday, March 7, 2022 and will continue through the paving of the lot. The parking lot will now be closed starting on Thursday, March 10, 2022. Please use caution and watch for workers and equipment in the parking lot during this time.
The south entrance to Graf Hall (on the parking lot side) will be closed starting Monday, March 7. The north building entrance, located along Monroe Ave., will remain open for pedestrians.

Notice: NW Harrison Blvd full closure (24/7) between NW 31st St and NW 34th St.
Effective Date: September 20 – September 30, 2021
As part of the 2021-22 Street Resurfacing Project along NW Harrison Blvd, NW Harrison Blvd will be closed 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week between NW 31st St. and NW 34th St from September 20 – 30, 2021. Detours will be put into place.
From October 1 – October 12, NW Harrison Blvd will be closed between NW 29th St and NW Merrie Dr during the day, and open overnight. NW Harrison Blvd will be open all day on October 2 for the OSU home football game. A separate notice will be sent for this closure.

Notice: Demolition of 3rd floor bridge between Rogers and Graf Halls
Effective Date(s): week of August 2, 2021
As part of the Graf Hall Renovation Project, the 3rd floor bridge between Rogers Hall and Graf Hall will be demolished. Work will occur through the week of August 6 and will generate noise and dust. No pedestrians or vehicles will be allowed in the vicinity of the work and the bridges at all levels will not be accessible.
The noise from this work will affect all the buildings in the area, especially the ones shown in the attached area plan.
