The medium pressure steam will be shut down in Ag. Life Sciences Building December 28, 3:00 pm – December 29, 2020 5:00 pm to tie it into the system. This will affect autoclaves in the building.

The steam will be shut down in Dryden Hall December 10th, 2020 from 10:00am – 12pm to repair a leaking steam line. This will affect all steam services including heating, hot water and any equipment utilizing steam.

All steam services for Weniger Hall will be shut down Thursday, December 10th from 1pm to 3pm, in order to replace a failed steam valve. This will affect hot water and heating throughout the building.

The steam will be shut down in Ag. Life Sciences Building December 15, 3:00 pm – December 16, 2020 4:30 pm to tie in high pressure steam and condensate line in the basement. This will affect autoclaves on the central and south side of the building.

The steam will be shut down in Graf Hall November 4, 2020 6:00 am – 4:00 pm to fix the installation of the steam meter. This will affect heating, autoclaves, radiators and hot water in the building.

Johnson Hall, Wilkinson Hall and Burt Hall Steam Shutdown
All steam services will be shutdown to these buildings beginning Sunday, November 1st until the afternoon of Wednesday, November 4th. This critical shutdown is necessary to repair a leaking steam line in the vault behind Johnson Hall and to replace failed pumps. This will affect all steam services in these buildings including heating, autoclaves and hot water. Building temperatures will be lower than normal during this time.

9/3/2020: Burt II steam shutdown
As part of the Burt II Fire Restoration Project, all steam services within Burt II are scheduled to be shutdown. The steam shutdown is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2020, from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.
