12/9 – SW Campus Way Single Lane Traffic & Sidewalk Closure

As part of the Withycombe Hall Renovation project, the eastbound lane on SW Campus Way will  be closed between SW 30th St. and Nash Hall on Monday, December 9, from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Both the north and south sidewalks in this section of Campus Way will be closed.

Flaggers will be present to direct vehicles and pedestrians through the work zone.

Other possible impacts include noise near the work area.

Both the north and south sidewalks in this section of Campus Way will be closed.

10/25 – 10/29: Withycombe Hall/East Greenhouses Fire Lane Closed

As part of the Withycombe Hall Renovation project, the access road/fire lane located between Withycombe Hall and the East Greenhouses will be closed starting Friday, October 25 – Tuesday, October 29.

The closure will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.

A temporary pathway will be available for pedestrians traveling through the work zone.

Emergency vehicle access will be maintained.

9/28 – Campus Way Lane and Sidewalk Closure

As part of the Withycombe Hall Renovation project, a section of the south sidewalk and eastbound lane on SW Campus Way will be closed on Saturday, September 28. The impacted section is located between SW 30th St. and the Agricultural and Life Sciences Building. Flaggers will be present to direct traffic.

6/17 – 8/30: 30th St. Sidewalk Closure Campus Way to Orchard Ave.

As part of the Withycombe Hall Renovation project, the east sidewalk on SW 30th St. will be closed between SW Campus Way and NW Orchard Ave. starting Monday, June 17 through Friday, August 30.

Pedestrians may use the west sidewalk on 30th St. as a detour.

5/20/24: Emergency Shutdown: Linus Pauling, Withycombe, Crop Science, Wiegand, East Greenhouse and the East end of the West Greenhouse – Water Shutdown-Restoral time unknown

The City of Corvallis has informed OSU that the buildings listed above will be without water while they work to make emergency repairs on a water main break that occurred overnight. This shutdown will affect fire sprinklers, restrooms, labs and drinking fountains throughout these buildings. Restrooms will be available in adjacent buildings. An update will be sent out when more information becomes available.

5/10 – North District Utility Plant Parking Lot/Fire Lane Entrance Closure

As part of the Withycombe Hall Renovation project, one entrance to the North District Utility Plant parking lot from NW Orchard Ave. will be closed along with the fire lane entrance east of the building. The closure is necessary to allow for paving work in the parking lot.

The bollards on SW Campus Way will be removed during this project to allow emergency vehicle and ADA access to the fire lane and the ADA parking spaces between the East Greenhouse and Cordley Hall.

Other possible impacts include noise near the work site.

4/3 – 4/10: Orchard Ave. Sidewalk Closed Between 27th & 30th St.

As part of the Withycombe Hall Renovation project, the south sidewalk on NW Orchard Ave. between NW 27th and NW 30th St. will be closed starting Wednesday, April 3 through Wednesday, April 10. Pedestrians may use the north sidewalk as a detour.

Other possible impacts include noise near the work site.
