8/21/23-8/25/23: Fire Alarm & Sprinkler Testing

Convergint will be conducting annual fire alarm & sprinkler testing.  Testing will take place in the buildings listed below.  The testing will be brief and include both sounding of alarms and strobes. As part of the testing, building occupants may notice occasional beeping coming from the fire panel and horns and strobe lights activating throughout the building.  Signage will be posted on exterior doors while testing is being conducted.

4/15-4/18/2021: Western Building parking lot closure

As part of the Campus Operations building project, the Western Building parking lot will be fully closed for paving. Paving work is scheduled to start on Thursday, April 15 through Sunday, April 18, 2021. If you are planning to come to the Western Building on these days, you will need to park in another parking lot. If you have fleet vehicles in the Western Building lot, they will need to be moved by end of day on Wednesday, April 14, 2021.

4/5-4/23/2021: Partial closures for Western Building parking lot

As part of the Campus Operations building project, partial closures are scheduled for the Western Building lot for grading and paving work. Partial lot closures are scheduled to start on Monday, April 5 through Friday, April 23, 2021. Half of the parking lot will remain open at all times. Please note, paving work is weather dependent and future updates to the schedule may follow this notice.

2/8-2/12/2021: Partial closures scheduled for Western Building parking lot

As part of the Campus Operations building project, partial closures are scheduled for the Western Building parking lot. The partial lot closures are scheduled to start on Monday, Feb. 8 through Friday, Feb. 12, 2021. The west half of the parking lot will be closed for storm line work from Monday, Feb. 8 through Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2021. The east half of the parking lot will be closed for storm line work from Thursday, Feb. 11 through Friday, Feb. 12, 2021.
