Due to work happening at Bloss Hall, a crane will be working in the alley between Bloss Hall and Arnold Dining Center starting Tuesday, June 23 through Thursday, June 25. Sidewalks between the two buildings will be closed.

Other possible impacts include noise near the work area.

Due to renovation work happening at Weatherford Hall, sections of the sidewalk on the south (Intramural Lane), west (Weatherford Place) and north (Jefferson Way) sides of the building will be closed starting June 15 and continuing throughout the summer. The closed sections will be immediately adjacent to the building. All other sidewalks in the area will remain open.

SW 15th St. will be closed between SW A Avenue and SW Washington Way starting Monday, June 15 through Friday, June 19. This closure will facilitate a sewer line removal project.

The west sidewalk in this section of SW 15th St. will also be closed.

This closure will be in effect starting at 7 a.m. and ending at 5 p.m. each day.

Due to construction work happening in the area, a section of sidewalk on the west side of SW 15th St. adjacent to Adams Hall will be closed starting Monday, April 6 through Monday, April 20. Other possible impacts from this project include an increase in construction noise in the area.

The west sidewalk and entrance at Fairbanks Hall will be intermittently closed due to exterior painting work on Friday, April 3. The east entrance will also be closed at times as work progresses around the building. One building entrance will remain accessible at all times. Signage will be posted to direct building visitors.

The sidewalk on the south side of Gilkey Hall, between Strand Agricultural Hall and Gilkey Hall, will be closed starting Monday, March 23 – Thursday, March 26. A vacuum truck will be working to excavate the area. Building occupants and those in the surrounding area may notice an increase in construction-related noise during this time frame.
