As part of work for the West Greenhouse project, SW Campus Way will be one vehicle lane only with flaggers for landscaping work on 12/28/23 from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM. The sidewalk on the north side of the street will be detoured to the south side of SW Campus Way.

As part of work for the Kelley District Utility Plant project, SW Memorial Place and the sidewalk between Kelley Engineering Center and Plageman Hall will be closed to vehicle and pedestrian traffic starting Thursday, December 28 through Friday, December 29 daily from 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM so that tree work can be conducted. Access to adjacent buildings will be open with protective fencing in place.

Beginning next Wednesday, parking lots across campus will be temporarily closed for leaf clean-up and lost sweeping. The closures will occur between Wednesday, December 20 through Friday and December 22. Each lot will be reopened as the work is completed. As part of work for the Memorial Union Roof and Gutter Renewal project, SW Jefferson Way between SW 26th Street and SW Benton Place will be closed to vehicle traffic starting Monday, December 18 through Friday, December 22 daily from 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM. In addition, the sidewalk on the north side of SW Jefferson Way, directly south of the Memorial Union will be closed. Pedestrians will be diverted to the sidewalk on the south side of SW Jefferson Way.

As part of the Pride Center Renovation project, a section of the north sidewalk on SW A Avenue, between SW 15th and SW 16th Streets, will be closed to allow for construction activity on Monday, November 27 from 7 A.M. until Tuesday, November 28 at 4:00 P.M.
Pedestrians may cross A Avenue at either 15th or 16th Street and use the south sidewalk as a detour.

As part of the Kerr Administration South Parking Lot Improvement project, the Kerr South parking lot closure has been extended until December 4, 2023, to finish construction activities, including lighting installation, paving and striping. This includes the closure of the west sidewalk. ADA access is available on the east side of the building.
