The L.L. Stewart Faculty Fellowship offers OSU science and engineering faculty an opportunity to engage in collaborative inquiry alongside a professional artist. For up to two years, faculty and artists will partner on curiosity-driven exploration of questions central to their shared interests. Kraft Heinz is seeking to develop encapsulation of probiotics to allow for long-term stability of probiotics in a low pH, shelf-stable beverage. The encapsulant should have minimal to no effect on the organoleptic qualities of the beverage.
