• Collaborate with R&D and other partners to develop and launch new inks and fluids  
  • Solve technical and business issues in a global organization
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate to inform management of project status, decisions and issues

Minimum qualifications:

  • PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related scientific discipline

Preferred skills:

  • Polymer chemistry, fluid chemistry and characterization techniques
  • Familiarity with inks, pigments, additives, formulation development or manufacturing
  • Technical problem-solving
  • Good judgment and ability to make data driven decisions
  • Ability to work worldwide across functions, sites and cultures.
  • Ability to partner and collaborate
  • Ability to take risk, innovate, and continuously improve and develop business and personal skills in a collaborative ‘one-team’ environment
