Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with R&D and other partners to develop and launch new inks and fluids
- Solve technical and business issues in a global organization
- Effectively communicate and collaborate to inform management of project status, decisions and issues
Minimum qualifications:
- PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related scientific discipline
Preferred skills:
- Polymer chemistry, fluid chemistry and characterization techniques
- Familiarity with inks, pigments, additives, formulation development or manufacturing
- Technical problem-solving
- Good judgment and ability to make data driven decisions
- Ability to work worldwide across functions, sites and cultures.
- Ability to partner and collaborate
- Ability to take risk, innovate, and continuously improve and develop business and personal skills in a collaborative ‘one-team’ environment
