Competencies

• RAs will know resident interactions and will convey information via sociogram
• RAs will know how residents are connected to OSU or will be able to demonstrate attempts to connect residents with OSU resources (clubs, organization, offices, etc.)

Strategies

• Resident Director will determine if RAs have applicable information from memory through 1:1s
• Resident Director will determine if RAs have applicable information from memory during staff meetings
