These focus groups could be with staff and/or alumni.
- Interview National staff and youth/young adults involved with our Alumni Speakers’ Bureau and Youth Advisory Council to gain further insight about successful alumni engagement, including how to leverage the benefit of alumni voice to strengthen marketing, program, and evaluation outcomes; and how soon-to-be Alumni want to be engaged with once graduating the program.
- Develop and present a report of findings with recommendations for alumni STATS data tracking development and ongoing chapter engagement.
