Speaker: Mark Eliopulos, Corporate Director of Occupational Safety & Health Kaiser Aluminum.

Mr. Eliopulos directs occupational safety & health practices at major Kaiser operating facilities involved in agricultural chemicals, and alumina reduction, fabrication, and extrusions. He was also a member of National Standards Development Committees; ANSI Z244 The Control of Hazardous Energy Lockout, Tagout and Alternative Methods and ANSI Z117 Safety Requirements for Confined Spaces.  

This seminar will provide insight into the following:

  • The day-to-day occupational safety & health system practices that effectively control exposures to operational hazards,  
  • Serious Injury and Fatality (SIF) risks and countermeasures, and
  • The core management and technical competencies that will you successful in the occupational safety & health field.   

The seminar will be held on Friday, November 1st from 10:30 – 11:45 in Hallie Ford Center – Conference Room. The Center is located at 2631 SW Campus Way.
