The Oregon OSHA division the of Department of Consumer and Business Services is pleased to announce 8 openings for Safety Compliance Officers. Those with a background in logging, safety and transportation are encouraged to apply.

These positions will:

  • Conduct safety evaluations and investigations
  • Take enforcement action in a broad range of workplaces to ensure employer compliance with the Oregon Safe Employment Act
  • Conduct technical training
  • Provide abatement assistance for employers and employees
