Learn how to construct a community of learners in an online course by discovering which technological resources and engaging instructional strategies you need in your toolkit. An Ecampus-funded grant led to the comprehensive research on which this session is based.

Henry Gillow-Wiles completed his Ph.D. at Oregon State University in 2011. His research concentration centers on developing online educational pedagogies that foster and facilitate online learning communities. The context for his research is in online continuing professional education with an integrated science, mathematics and technology education focus.
