The EPA National Center for Environmental Assessment (NCEA) recently posted an announcement seeking ORISE research participants to support EPA’s Integrated Risk Information System (IRIS) Program.

This research participation opportunity offers recent graduates an opportunity to analyze, evaluate and integrate scientific evidence for the development of scientific assessments that support EPA policy and regulatory decisions. The Oregon Institute of Occupational Health Sciences offers MPH student
field placements with a $3,500 stipend. Students may apply for a placement
with one of the Institutes’ NIOSH-sponsored projects.

Three positions are currently open for the 2018-2019 academic year. To

The EHS Intern serves within our Environmental, Health, and Safety team, will be responsible in ensuring company is compliant with local, state, and federal laws through the development and refinement of environmental and safety training programs.  Assist in EHS program implementation and management and review of current safety work practices.
