Greetings Extension Friends! It’s that time of the year, again! If you take care of this now it will be done and you won’t forget! Please read the instructions carefully.

2026 Dues—Oregon State University Extension Association (OSUEA),
and Other Extension Professional Associations

OSUEA supports all of the affiliate professional associations (4-H, FCH, OAEA/NACCA, ESP and ANREP), by collecting the registration information and dues for those state and national Extension association memberships.

All professional association 2026 membership registrations are open, and dues can now be paid ONLINE!

You will be prompted to fill out a digital form that will include OSUEA and all affiliate organizations . When you submit the form, you will be given a link to pay with credit card. Please be prepared to pay with credit card* at time of registration.

*processing your payment: the online form will require you to use a personal credit card or register by using a T & E/Purchase Card. Check with your immediate supervisor or county budget authority to determine the best route of action for your county. (OSUEA vendor number: 93016636) Please note: OSUEA membership is FREE the first year an OSU Extension employee joins OSUEA

To meet deadlines for full participation and be eligible for awards and scholarship in the various national associations, please pay 2026 dues by:

  • November 30, 2025, for ESP and FCH (OSUEA/NEAFCH)
  • December 21, 2025, for all other Extension Professional Associations

Printable forms are available for those who need them, but the preferred method of payment is online registration. If you require a paper form for registration, please contact Erica Chernoh or Jan Williams.

Other OSUEA “Things you should know:”

The mission of the Oregon State University Extension Association (OSUEA) is to “…unite and represent Extension professionals….” Partnering with OSU administration to plan and implement the OSU Extension Annual Conference is one way that OSUEA addresses its mission.

ADDITIONALLY:

Persons eligible for membership in OSUEA are faculty and support staff who have Extension responsibilities. Payment of annual dues ensures membership benefits.

Each fall all Extension faculty and staff are invited to join OSUEA for the next calendar year. In addition, individuals are invited to join affiliate associations related to their professional positions.

OSUEA functions on a calendar year basis; dues collected each fall pay membership dues for the following calendar year. Affiliate Association dues are assessed for one year (January 1 – December 31 or some other year-period as adopted by each Association).

OSUEA is looking to fill Board and Committee positions. Please consider serving on OSUEA Board of Directors and Executive Committee by indicating your interest on the membership application form. Please reach out to Tracy Wilson if you have questions.

Sincerely,

Jan Williams, OSUEA Treasurer

Erica Chernoh, OSUEA Membership Chair
