OSUEA Records (Historical Records and the OSUEA Website)
As a Mutual Benefit with Members/Domestic Nonprofit Corporation on file with the Oregon Secretary of State-Corporation Division, having historical records available and easy access to working documents related to the Association is critical. OSUEA accomplishes this need through storage of historical records and having an active website where documents such as minutes, financial records, membership lists and committee records are stored.
