2024 OSUEA and Affiliate Associations Membership

The mission of OSUEA is to unite and represent Extension professionals as the premier educators of Oregon adult and youth learners, who comprise the diverse communities of our state.

Persons eligible for membership in OSUEA are faculty and support staff who have Extension responsibilities. Payment of annual dues ensures membership benefits.

Each fall all Extension faculty and staff are invited to join OSUEA for the next calendar year. In addition, individuals are invited to join affiliate associations related to their professional positions.

OSUEA functions on a calendar year basis; dues collected each fall pay membership dues for the following calendar year. Affiliate Association dues are assessed for one year (January 1 – December 31 or some other year-period as adopted by each Association).

All professional association 2024 membership registrations are open, and dues can now be paid. Please note: OSUEA membership is FREE the first year an OSU Extension employee joins OSUEA.

Registration and billing processes have changed.
Please read the following instructions carefully.

The 2024 Membership Application form is ONLINE! You can register online through the OSUEA 2024 registration webform.

• You will be prompted to fill out a digital form that will include OSUEA and all affiliate organizations (4-H, FCH, OAEA/NACCA, ESP and ANREP).
• When you submit the form, you will be given a link to pay with credit card. Please be prepared to pay with credit card* at time of registration.

*processing your payment: Using this year’s online payment system will require you to use a personal credit card or register by using a T & E / Purchase Card. Check with your immediate supervisor or county budget authority to determine the best route of action for your county.   

Important deadlines for full participation and eligibility for awards and scholarship in the various national associations! Must pay 2024 dues by: 

• November 30, 2023, for ESP and FCH (OSUEA/NEAFCH)
• December 21, 2023, for all other Extension Professional Associations

To pay by check or process payment through OSU (not using a personal credit card or T & E / Purchase Card) you must print, fill out and submit the 2024 membership PDF form to your office financial manager.

OSUEA serves as the umbrella organization for all of the affiliate associations related to payment of annual dues (it collects the payment for both state and national annual dues).
